How to Make Buroncong

Buroncong ia a traditional cake typical of Makassar city, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Buroncong cake has a savory taste because the combination of young coconut that has been grated with flour. The shape is very unique as semiricle. For those of you who want to try Buroncong, there are some ingredients that you need like 250 gr of flour, 250 gr of young coconut (rasp), 150 gr sugar, 1 egg yolk, 500 ml water,  and salf to taste.
Well, when  all materials are ready, you should use in making Buroncong. The first step, mix the flour, egg yolk, and water little by little then stir (can use mixer) until form a thick dough, then put sugar, salt, and  grated young coconut and stir again until all ingredients are evenly mixed. After that, heat the cookie mold and apply with a little oil. Next pour the dough into the mold, close the mold, let stand until cooked and fluffy. After being mature, clowbar a bit of the sideand lift the Buroncong cake from the mold. Buroncong cake ready to eat.
