Hello, this is my first post on this blog and on this occasion I will explain about three different recipes of food. Well, let's refer to the following explanation, it could be that you are interested to try it :D


Buras is a typical food from South Sulawesi that has a savory taste. This unique food will be easy to find at the moment Eid comes and is very suitable served with soup, coto, and other foods that have sauce. The ingredients are very simple like two liters of rice, one grated coconut seed and taken coconut milk, dried banana leaves then cut to size 20 x 15 cm, enough salt, and rope to bind.

How to make :
First, wash the rice with clean water then drain, then steam until half cooked, lift and put into the basin. After that, cook the coconut milk to boil, add salt according to taste. The second  recipes is how to make special chicken soup. In addition to fresh because the sauce, soup often cultivated chicken for high-flavored, savory and delicious, and spicy when added chili sauce.
The main ingredient needed to make a clear soto recipe is 1 large medium size chicken. Readers can use chicken or chicken pieces with a weight of about 700 grams-1 kg. How to make :
