How to Make Barongko Cake

       Halo guys? Do you know Barongko cake? Barongko cake is one of traditional cake from South Sulawesi. This one cake is believed to have a taste that are so sweet, delicious and very soft texture. Barongko cake is made from basic ingredients of banana that is mashed and then mixed with other ingredients, then after that wrapped with banana leaf. How to make this Bugis barongko cake is quite easy, the materials that are needed is simple. Even to buy these materials you do not have to spend a lot of money. More explain, I want to give you how to make Barongko cake.
      The main materials are 1 comb of banana kepok, 300 grams of sugar, 5 eggs, 250 ml thick coconut milk, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, vanilla to taste and salt to taste. The material for wrapping are banana leaves to taste and stapler.
How to make Barongko cake dough : 
      If the materials that have been determined have been prepared, it can directly process it. The first step to do to process this one baking do ugh is, peel the bananas first prepared and discard the black part. After it has done, prepare a blender. And then enter the bananas that you have peeled with coconut milk. Blend these two ingredients until smooth. After banana is smooth, can immediately turn off the blender and input on a particular place or container. Then input the eggs and stir until evenly distributed until the egg mixture mixed with banana dough. After that, input salt, sugar, vanilla and milk. Stir back until evenly distributed.
How to wrap the dough : 
      If the dough has been made, then it can simply wrap it. First, take the first banana leaves you have prepared. Then cut into medium size. And  then take one piece of banana leaf that you cut it, then save a few spoon of dough that has been made on top of banana leaf. Then wrap the dough with the banana leaf. To paste it, can use the stapler to not be separated. After that, prepare steaming tools. Then steam all the wrapped dough. Steam for about 25 minutes or until fully cooked. If it is cooked, can immediately lift it. Let stand a few moments, after that can directly serve it.
    We can enjoy this one when it is still warm. However, if we want to feel a more extraordinary sensation, it would not hurt if you keep it first in the refrigerator. If it is cold, we can enjoy it immediately.
