How’s life? I hope that we always healthy and also always keep smile and spirit and then on this occasion again and again i just want to share about How to make Buras and we know that  Buras is very famous in area of south Sulawesi and the food from Sulawesi and buras usually available in the ceremony and also like day of although i actually not the people of Sulawesi but because i have many friends from Sulawesi so i also get the recipes from my friend who is the people from Sulawesi and i feel very happy get this recipes and i want to share this recipes to this blog and now let’s move to how to make it and as usually the first thing to make is prepare the material and tools and then the main of ingredients are rice,coconut milk,bay leaves and salt to taste and the tools are the rupiah rope to tie the wrapper,banana leaves to wrap the rice and then after all ingredients and tools are available and now we move to how to make it the first step is wash the rice until clean and then drain it after that cooking coconut milk and bay leaves and put the salt to taste until really boiling and then enter the rice then lift and prepare banana leaves and grab the rice dough ready to wrap on to the banana leaves that has been in rectangular shape and then tie by rope of rupiah with the strong rope and then steam back about one hours and the buras  ready to serve it.
