The ingredients that must be prepared are 1 broiler that has been cut, 200gr cabbage sliced, 200gr boiled bean sprouts, 4 thinly sliced potatoes then fried, 2 thinly sliced tomatoes, 50 grams soun noodles that have been soaked in hot water, 3 eggs that have been boiled, 2 liters of clean water, and fried onion sufficiently.
In this recipe we need 2 kinds of seasonings, the seasoning of chicken soup and seasoning is mashed.
For chicken soup seasoning, the ingredients are 3 pieces of kaffir lime leaves, 2 stalked lemon grasses, 2 bay leaves, 1 leeked onion, 25gr galangal, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Next the seasoning is mashed, 5gr turmeric, 4 pieces of baked candelnuts, 15gr ginger, 3 cloves of peeled onion, 2 cloves garlic that has been peeled, 1/2 spoon of the fine pepper, 2 tablespoons fine salt.
After the ingredients are prepared, then we move to the process of making Chicken Soup.
The first step, heat the oil on the pan and saute the spices that have been mashed by using a small fire until the smell of fragrant aroma. Second, boil the chicken in a pan containing water with stir fried seasoning, orange leaves, bay leaves, galangal, and lemongrass leaves for 30 minutes or until the chicken meat tender. Third, if the sauce still tastes less delicious, can add salt or pepper according to taste. Fourth, separate the chicken meat from the bone using a knife and fork. The separated bones should not be thrown away. Fifth, put the chicken bone into the pan sauce. Finally enter the leek pieces. Before serving, the sauce should be boiled back for more delicious eaten while still hot.
