How To Make Soto Ayam

           The main ingredients are several pieces of chicken meat, 1 cabbage ( that has been sliced ), some potatoes, 2  tomatoes, water to taste, sugar to taste, 200 grams of tauge, 2 bay leaves, salt to taste, oil and  boiled eggs. As for the spices that will be in the puree are 7 shallots, 5 pecan grains, 6 cloves of garlic, ginger, turmeric, coriander to taste, two cereal bars, pepper to taste and 1 nutmeg. And for spice  complement are Leaves onion to taste, celery leaves to taste, fried onions, ketchup,  sambal and lime.

How to make :
First of all saute the spices that have been puree until the aroma feels out, then heat the water, wait until boiling and then boil the chicken meat that has been washed to clean in the pan with the seasoning that has been stirred, then add galangal, bay leaf, and leaf Lemongrass into the chicken stew, cook for 30 minutes until the chicken becomes tender, add salt, sugar and pepper to taste in chicken stew sauce, after chicken meat is soft, lift the chicken and then chill and shreds then place it into a container, and then add chopped onions and wait until the gravy boils, while waiting for the boiling sauce, prepare the cabbage, bean sprouts, potato wedges and sliced eggs and tomatoes that have been cut into small pieces and chicken meat that had been shredded into a bowl.After that flush the ingredients in the bowl with the soto sauce is ripe, lastly to decorate the chicken soup to look seductive and interesting can be sprinkled with fried onions, celery leaf slices and lime slices on it and add soy sauce and chilli for more delicious.
